Circuit Board Design Services & circuit board manufacturing
Printed Circuit Board Assembly & Testing
Our PCB/PCBA production services encompass the entire circuit board manufacturing process, from design to assembly. We ensure high-quality, custom solutions that meet your electronic product requirements efficiently.
Design and Prototyping
This initial step involves creating a PCB layout using design software, and then producing a prototype to test the design's functionality and make necessary adjustments.
Material Procurement
Source and procure the required materials, including the PCB substrate, copper sheets, solder mask, components, and other necessary parts.
PCB Fabrication
The PCB fabrication process includes several steps like layering, etching, drilling, and plating to create the actual PCB with the desired circuit pattern.
Solder Paste Stenciling
In PCBA, solder paste is applied to the PCB using a stencil. This step is crucial for accurate component placement.
Component Placement
Automated machines or manual labor is used to accurately place electronic components (e.g., resistors, capacitors, ICs) onto the PCB in their respective positions.
Reflow Soldering
The PCB with components is run through a reflow soldering oven. The solder paste reflows and attaches the components to the PCB through a controlled heating process.
Inspection and PCBA Testing
After soldering, the PCBAs are inspected for defects, including solder joints, component placement, and shorts. Various testing methods, such as automated optical inspection (AOI) and in-circuit testing (ICT), are employed to ensure quality.
Cleaning
PCBs are cleaned to remove any residual flux or contaminants that could affect the circuit's performance.
Quality Control
A thorough quality control process involves checking the functionality and performance of each PCB or PCBA to ensure it meets the specified criteria and standards.
Packaging and Shipping
After passing quality control, the PCBs or PCBA are packaged appropriately to protect them during transport and storage. They are then shipped to customers or assembly plants.
